Average price sits at $592,989, down 1.9% from May but still up 3.3% year-over-year. Sales activity picked up with a 6.1% increase month-over-month, showing continued buyer interest.

🏘 Semi-Detached Homes | Edmonton

Inventory is rising, with new listings up 15% year-over-year. Sales are also trending upward, increasing 6.7% from May and 4.9% from last June. The average price climbed slightly to $434,651.

🌲 Detached Homes | Lac St. Anne County

Homes are selling faster and for more money. With 37 sales, 41 days on market, and an average sold price of $492,871, prices are up over 20% from last year. Well-priced homes continue to move efficiently despite slightly fewer sales.

🌳 Detached Homes | Parkland County

Strong momentum continues with 50 homes sold, an impressive 26 average days on market, and an average price of $778,992. Compared to last year, homes are selling much faster and prices have climbed from $711,152, reflecting confident buyer demand.
