Steady growth continues with prices averaging $433,478. Sales are up both monthly and yearly, while new listings are increasing—giving buyers more choice.

🌾 Rural Parkland
A strong month with 39 sales, faster absorption at 37 days on market, and a more active, efficient pace overall. Buyers are moving quicker and the market is responding.

🌲 Lac St. Anne County
With 28 sales and an average price of $469,462, the standout trend is clear—recreational and lifestyle properties are in demand, especially lake access and acreage living. Properties are still moving, averaging 42 days on market.
