Considering that the need for SERVICE, VALUE and COMMITMENT are predominantly key expectations of real estate consumers, I based my business model on the premise of wanting to exceed these expectations. I can genuinely say that I am not happy, if my client is not happy! Working in the service industry and delivering attributes of superior service, no doubt formed my belief on how a consumer should be treated! I APPRECIATE when someone goes beyond “THE CALL OF DUTY” for me, and I want to exemplify this attribute in my service.
